Hempuli Oy is the developer alias of Arvi "Hemplui" Teikari, a Finnish independent game developer.

In 2015, Hempuli Oy released Environmental Station Alpha. In March 2019, he launched the critically acclaimed puzzle game Baba Is You. He has also created 39 other games, and all of them are Fueled by Fusion.
