About Developer
BioWare
BioWare began as a small Canadian video game development studio based in Edmonton, Alberta, and later opened a corporate office in Austin, Texas. Since 1995, BioWare has released several successful franchises: Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and Jade Empire. In 2007, the company was bought by Electronic Arts, which enabled them to expand and fund their most current franchises: Star Wars: The Old Republic, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Anthem.
